Cancel Hourly Bare Metal Server

Hourly-billed bare metal servers can be cancelled at any time with immediate effect. Server cancellation permanently deletes your server and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Cancellation Methods

Console

Cancel from Control Panel

1. Navigate to Servers: In the left navigation bar, select Bare Metal Servers under Services
2. Select Server: Find the hourly-billed server you want to cancel from your server list
3. Access Actions Menu: Click the Actions dropdown for the specific server
4. Choose Cancel: Select Cancel Server from the actions menu
5. Confirm Cancellation: Review the cancellation warning and data loss notice, confirm you understand this action is permanent and immediate, then click CONFIRM CANCELLATION to proceed
6. Immediate Processing: The server will immediately enter cancellation status and billing will stop

Tip

The cancellation is processed immediately for hourly servers. You can monitor the progress in the server status.
