Maintenance
We always strive for the highest availability in each of our locations, but sometimes we need to perform maintenance on both our server hardware, network and physical facilities that may impact your servers.
Scheduled Maintenance
As we plan scheduled maintenance across our locations, we aim to provide at least two weeks advanced notice for any disruptive maintenance. There may be rare occasions that we have to expedite a disruptive maintenance notification due to unforseen or changing circumstances in our environment, if this is the case we aim to provide at least 48 hours notice.
If we have determined that a scheduled maintenance event will impact your services, a notification will be sent via email to all users in your account with the Support role. Maintenance events will also be published to our status page along with relevant updates.
Unplanned Outages
Despite our best efforts unplanned outages do happen, albeit infrequently. To provide as much visiblity as possible during an unplanned outage we will provide regular information and updates on our status page.
