Billing Details

This guide explains billing in ICS control panel and the billing details page.

Overview

The Billing Details page found at Billing > Billing Details, allows you to view and manage your existing payment methods and add new ones.

How to update your existing payment methods?

  1. Under All Payment Methods, you can find all your existing payment methods. Click on the three dot button next to a payment method, you will see a drop down of options.

  2. You can set a payment method as default by choosing Set as Default. This payment method will then be used at checkout by default

  3. Or you can delete a payment method by choosing Delete Payment Method.

How to add a new payment method?

  1. Under Add a Payment Method, you can add a new bank card, or setup PayPal.

  2. If you choose ADD A NEW CARD, you will be taken to a new page where you can enter and save your card details.

  3. If you choose SETUP PAYPAL, you will be directed to a secure gateway to enter your payment credentials. You can only setup one PayPal payment.

What is legacy payment method?

Legacy payment method are cards added to ICS control panel when the old payment processing system was used.

We are currently upgrading our payment processing system. Cards under our legacy payment system can be used for renewals but cannot be used to pay for new services. Due to security standards we cannot update this card to the new system for you. We advise if you would like to use any of your cards below for new services please re-add the card above.
