Account Details

How to update your account details?

  1. In ICS Control Panel, navigate to Billing > Account in the sidebar.

  2. Make changes to your details, then click the UPDATE button

  3. US customers will see a prompt to contact our billing team to update their sales tax information.

Why can’t I change some of the fields?

You won’t be able to change some fields on your account details page such as country and state as these affects how tax are calculated on your account.
